Getting Started

From the download to your first game.

Players
Installing the Mobile AppDownloading and installing the app on your mobile phone or tablet. Video Registration and LoginYou must create a user account to play events. With a user account, the player/team is identified in the system. We use the Firebase Authentication service for logging in. Video Mobile App PermissionsThe application requires certain permissions to function correctly. Video Mobile App User InterfaceThe basic interface of the application consists of 5 tabs, 4 of which are part of the bottom menu. The fifth tab is Event Detail, which is displayed after clicking on the event tile. Video Taking and Saving PhotosThe app allows you to take photos during events. Game vs. EventExplanation of the difference between the terms Game and Event. Online vs. OfflineHow applications behave and how they work with offline data. Treasure Hunt – Game TypeTreasure Hunt is a GPS game in which players/teams use tablets or mobile phones to navigate the terrain, search for treasure, answer questions and complete tasks. It differs from games like Challenge Tour and Mystery Trail mainly by the way treasures are ordered on the map. Running Events

Starting an event, entry via QR code and an overview of how it runs.

Organizers
Event – Launching an EventAn Event is defined as a Game launched with predetermined parameters, such as time, type of game, environment, and privacy level. To initiate an Event, use the "Create Event" button, which is located in the list of available games. Event – Event Listings and QR CodeThe list of all events organized is accessible under the menu item "Our Events". If you wish to view only the Events you have personally launched, click on "My Events".   Event – Event DetailsThe Event details page provides an overview of the basic information about the Event and the game, displays a map with treasures, and lists registered players or teams, including their rankings and photos taken during the game.
